Do I have to register online to order online at prestije.de?


No, registration is not necessary for an order. You can also order as a guest.




How does the registration work? Which data do I need?


To register, please click on the button "REGISTER" and fill in the free fields with your personal data. Mandatory for this are your first and last name as well as an e-mail address and your personal password. Complete the registration by clicking on the button "Register".




Why should I register?


Registering with a customer account at prestije.de offers some advantages. You can manage your personal settings and use it for example. Change your specified delivery address. You also have the opportunity to see the status of your order.




How can I change my data in the customer account?


To change your data, please first log in to your customer account. You can then easily change and save your data under the respective sections




What can I do if I have forgotten my login information?


If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “ Forgot your password? “ under the regular login field. By specifying your e-mail address, we will gladly reset your password.




Can I delete my account and my customer data?


Yes, you can delete your customer data. Please send an e-mail to service@prestije.de!.




Everything about ordering at prestije.de How does an online order at prestije.de work?


You place your desired products with one click in the shopping cart. If you have done this for all desired garments, please go to the cashier. Now you have to enter billing and shipping address and choose your payment and shipping method. By clicking on “ Buy “ Your order will be sent.




Can I also order by phone or e-mail?


No, this is not possible .




What can I do if my desired size is sold out?


Please send us an e-mail to service@prestije.de. If necessary, a re-production could be possible.




Offers prestije.de special sizes?


If you want a special size, you are welcome to send an e-mail to service@prestije.de. If necessary, a re-production could be possible.




Is there a minimum order?


No. For an order with prestije.de no minimum order value has to be reached.




Which payment options does prestije.de offer?


prestije.de offers the following payment options:

When paying by credit card, please have the 16-digit card number, the validity period and the check digit (so-called CVV / CVC - three digits on the back of the card) ready.

When making a SEPA payment, you will need your IBAN (22-digit number) and the BIC of your bank. You can ask both of these at your bank if you do not know the numbers.




Where can I specify a discount code?


Discount codes can be applied in the shopping cart under the „ discount code option „




How long is the delivery time for my order?


Normally the delivery time is 1-3 working days from order.




With which parcel service does prestije.de ship?


If you order at prestije.de, you will receive your package with the shipping service provider DPD.




Can I ship to packing stations or other countries?


Currently, we offer a Germany-wide delivery to any address you want and Austira, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and France, Spain, Italy.




Which shipping costs apply to an order?


There are no costs for an order anywhere in Germany. For all other countries you can see the costs from our table




How can I view my order?


If you have created a customer account at prestije.de, you can conveniently place your order under the tab "My Orders". see.




Where can I find the invoice for my order?


Each order will be accompanied by an invoice. If you need a copy of the invoice, please contact service@prestije.de.




Can I cancel or change an order??


Changes to the orders can be sent to us by e-mail service@prestije.de




My package did not arrive. What can I do?


Please contact service@prestije.de.




How do returns work and until when can I return?


prestije.de allows returns within the legal framework. According to § 312 b ff. BGB the on-line order concerns a distance selling contract with 14 days legal right of withdrawal. So you should return within 14 days. For details, see the following link: Right of Withdrawal .

The required return slip can be found online. Please print it out and follow the instructions described there. Please fill out the return form in the package. The returns sticker is glued on the package.
